Envision this spectacular fabric in a pillow or chenille quilt...this is a handtufted original antique chenille fabric piece measuring approx 21" x 26" inches.It is original to the late 1930s in what was then a very popular pattern featuring heavily tufted starfish situated within geometric designs teeming with multisize pops. All handtufted - an incredible piece of American textile history.
Typical to fabric of this era, you may spot a few marks or pinholes. 100% cotton. Color is a warm white, not an optic bright white. Antique fringe adorns one edge.
