This collector quality full size vintage chenille bedspread is a relic of the midcentury MCM era in one of the rarest colorways ever made: lipstick pink rose flowers surrounded by white curlicue swirls covering a rich green cotton background. From the mid-1950s, the colors on this bedspread are so vibrant…vivid…vivacious. A statement piece for your bedroom – or wherever you choose to display it in.

The one shabby attribute to note is widespread missing and/or pulled accent fringe. I personally would remove the fringe entirely, but I leave that up to your discerning eye to determine what is best. Otherwise you’ll spot a few areas of skipped tufts, etc. Colors remain absolutely stunning; the bright light makes the roses look a few shades bolder than they are in person – closest in-person match is img #3.

You’ll never find one quite like this – in my many years of collecting fine textiles, I’ve never had a bedspread in this colorway.
