Looking for one of the rarest vintage chenille bedspreads you’ll ever find? Here it is. This heirloom quality textile was manufactured by Jeldi Australia, likely in the 1960s era.

The pattern may seem familiar if you’re fond of Cabin Crafts…this was a very fine Aussie take on that beloved C. Crafts design. Elegant single pink roses grace the central portion; an integrated ruffle skirt with accent fringe adds more cottage style charm.

Set on a creamy antique ivory (not bright white). All cotton as per tag with exceptional texture and a nice weight. Best fit on a standard FULL bed, measuring: 53″W x 73.5″L on the top portion; 21.5″L skirt; 2.5″ accent fringe. Shabby attributes include some fraying to upper hemline which wouldn’t show when placed on the bed, and a few light age marks. This is a beautiful, collector piece worthy of being passed down from generation to generation.
