{FULL SIZE} Of all our cherished chenille bedspreads, this ranks as an all-time treasured favorite. Featuring a very rare pattern of a pair of graceful (and incredibly detailed) butterflies, this was what was considered a “novelty” bedspread from the 1950s. These were almost always very lightweight, which this one is, and often found in smaller twin sizes where they were typically displayed in children’s rooms. This one is really special since it is a full size. It’s shown on my high twin bed on a room with bright natural lighting to show detail.

What’s nice about these novelty style bedspreads is that they are so lightweight – so they make an ideal display piece or summer coverlet. If you are expecting a heavy cotton base cloth with big, fluffy tufting – this is not that spread. May these beautiful butterflies flutter into your space & fill it with their heavenly grace…
