We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

Orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding postal holidays. Virtually all orders are shipped USPS Priority and should reach you within 2-4 business days.

USPS Priority & First Class Mail; all shipments include a tracking number. Many shipments also include insurance and signature confirmation to ensure safest delivery to you.

Signature confirmation means the parcel must be signed for; if you or your authorized representative is not available, you may schedule a redelivery with the USPS, or visit your local postal facility to collect your parcel.

Yes! Once packaged, we will send you exact weight & DIMS; you can generate a label on your own account (i.e. using FedEx or UPS), then send to us when you are ready to ship.


We do not offer layaway plans at this time.

We are not able to accept custom orders at this time for handmade chenille robes.

We are able to create custom fabric bundles as well as quilt square kits. Contact us with your needs.
